9:30 AM Sunday School
10:30 AM Morning Worship
The ministry of our church reflects our understanding of discipleship. In Worship we seek to provide an opportunity for the gathered congregation to encounter God. Through music, prayer, proclamation and communion we open ourselves to meet God and to be encouraged by faith.
Through Education we seek to challenge people to grow as disciples. We have Sunday school classes for all ages from pre-kindergarten through senior adult. Our goal is to prepare people for confessing Jesus as Lord, then to assist them in the journey of faith they undertake as one of Jesus’ followers.
Fellowship provides us an opportunity to join fellow Christians in a variety of opportunities.
The Disciples Women's ministry meets for Bible study once a month from September to May. They meet the second Wednesday of the month at 7:30 p.m. with the exception of the second Wednesday of December when they meet for a potluck luncheon at 11:30 a.m. Our women are active in regional retreats and events as well as support local community efforts and church projects. All women of the church and the community are welcome to attend.
Through our Outreach
ministry we try to share the good news in a variety of ways. Our church is an active participant in the
D.A.P.S. program with several members having leadership positions. We support the West Area Ministry. This grouping of
By Evangelism we understand our responsibility to make new disciples for Jesus. Activities, such as our Ice Cream Social, Church Picnic, and Christmas Eve Service, provide opportunities for us to invite people to join us in the family of faith. Most importantly, we understand that we witness Christ through the lives we live, and we encourage members to have an active witness.
We invite you to join us for worship and/or one of the other activities at the church as we build for a new century.
